WOD: Wednesday

2009 CrossFit Brisbane Hard’nup Challenge WOD#1
For time:
100 reps of Chest to Overhead , 40kg/30kg
(Press, Push Press or Push Jerk)
Penalty of 10 Kettlebell Swings, (24kg/16kg) every time to bar is lowered to the ground or lowered from the “rack” to the “hang” position.
Penalty swings must be completed before picking the bar back up.
