Bring your long socks – we are playing with rope climbs today.

Oh and if you like to roll in innov8’s maybe bring another pair of shoes for the rope climbs.

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800m
Rest 2 minutes

    Attempt five complexes. Rest as needed between complexes. One complex is seven rounds of:
    1 Power Clean
    1 Front Squat
    1 Push Press
    1 Back Squat
    1 Push Press

    Squid: 40/50/60/65/70(3F-grip!) (load in kg for each attempt)
