In partners perform max reps in 12 minutes of:

Chest to Overhead (Press, Push Press, Push Jerk), 40kg (30kg)

Whilst one athlete performs a 100m Farmers carry, 48kg (32kg) the other accumulates as many reps overhead as possible.
