  2. Thanks for the nutrition talk last night Drummond, hopefully it got a few people questioning the conventional low-fat/high carb approach to nutrition. What are you eating Cam? Remember, I am watching what you eat at all times, stay away from the red frogs!

    1. I agree…..it was well though out, well put together and was easy to understand…..and it was great the way you delivered it. You don’t need to watch me mate, I am a convert and feel great because of it…..and I am the lowest weight I hae been since school due to a high fat diet and crossfit 🙂
