Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 40kg (30kg)
Push Press, 40kg (30kg)

Start with 10 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls and 1 Push Press. Decrease the Sumo Deadlift High-pull by 1 rep per round and increase the Push Press by 1 rep per round.

  4. Barbell 40kg
    With a continuously running clock complete 1 Thruster in the first minute. Increase by 1 rep every minute on the minute until you can no longer complete the required number of Thrusters in that minute.

    Rest 1min then,

    Push Ups

    Continue for as long as possible with Push ups, counting on from the last successful number of completed DB Thrustersyou can no longer make the minute.

    Rest 1 min then,

    Sit Ups

    Continue for as long as possible with Sit ups, increasing from the last successful number of completed Push Ups until you can no longer make the minute.

    Rest 1 min then,

    Squats

    Continue for as long as possible with Squats, increasing from the last successful number of completed Sit Ups until you can no longer make the minute.
