Take 10 minutes to find a heavy 3 rep Push Jerk (from ground).

Part B.
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
Even minutes: 8 Shoulder to Overhead at 50% of Part A.
Odd minutes: 5 Weighted Pull-ups or 8 Strict Pull-ups

Part C.
Midline stability drills.
