For max reps:
60 seconds max effort Power Clean @ 75% of Part A.
60 seconds max effort Shuttle Run
Rest 60 seconds. Repeat for 5 cycles.
* Shuttle run: 3 cones, 3m apart. Shuttle starts lying on floor in prone position at centre cone before running to the far left cone for a four-point touch, run through to far right cone for a four-point touch, return to centre cone and hit the prone starting poisition. That is one rep!
