I can’t run atm due to anemia, so I did a 5klm walk, 50 sit-ups; 50 pull-ups; 50 kb swings at 16kg; 5×3 30 kilo back squats and 5×3 30 kilo thrusters for today.

22 min run along the Coogee to Bondi track @ about 85-90%
