  2. Oops… Looking at everyone’s times I may have done this somewhat differently… I started with a 800 then did 4 rounds of the 10 , 15 , 20 and 800. Equalling 4km of running… I’m now guessing it was the 4 rounds in an 800m sandwich??

  3. Hahaha. I thought the same when I first saw it Slatts, but yes… it is a 800m sandwhich. The 4 rounds are excluding the 800m.
