    “CrossFit 42 South trainer and owner Drummond Williamson said yesterday the growth in his gym, which focused on strength and conditioning, using strong-man tactics instead of traditional equipment, showed residents were serious about their fitness.

    “After opening 18 months ago, I have had to close the door to new members,” he said.

    Mr Williamson said he had about 130 members who pay about $40 a week for a membership.”
