On Odd numbered minutes perform:
5 Overhead Squats, 60kg/40kg
On Even numbered minutes perform:
12 Box-jumps, 30”/24”

    5 rep max back squat
    80 kg came close to failure but then someone else wanted to use the squat rack. What! I can’t use this rack for an hour? Stupid globo gym
