Team WOD

In teams of 4 accumulate as much time as possible within 10 minutes for each station (complete 10 mins on each station before proceeding to the next):

Handstand hold against wall

Bottom of squat

L-Sit Hold

Chin over bar

Each team has a stop watch and must keep a running total of work time. One team member must be working for the stopwatch to be running. Scaling options will be provided.
