In teams of 2 complete the following:
Row 120/100 Cals (swapping every 20 calories)
100 hang power cleans
100 front rack lunges
100 shoulder to overhead
Run 800M together
RXD weights are 42.5/30 kg. Use 1 bar between partners. Everytime you put the bar down each partner must perform a 10 burpee penalty before picking up the bar again.
