Part A – Partner WOD.
Max effort Overhead Squats (50kg/35kg) in 12 minutes.
Whilst one athlete completes 10 Toes to Bar the other accumulates as many Overhead Squats as possible before swapping.
Score is total number of Overhead Squats achiveved in 12 minutes.

Part B – Partner WOD.
With only one partner working at a time, as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
20 Abmat Sit-ups
Run 200m

Post total reps from Part A and rounds completed from Part B to comments.
