Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 Push-ups (hand release)

10 Box Jumps 24″ (20″)

This workout will start with a single max effort of Kettlebell Swings, 24kg (16kg). The difference between your max effort and 100 reps is to be made up with Burpees before moving onto the AMRAP. Eg. 75 Swings = 25 Burpees.
