WOD: Tuesday

Part A.
Take 15 minutes to find a heavy 1RM Push Jerk (must be a Jerk and not a Push Press)

Part B.
In 10 minutes Run 1.2km and in the remaining time max reps Shoulder to Overhead using 60% of your best Push Jerk from Part A.
