Thank you so much for all of your encouragement and motivation (especially on those early morning runs like this morning!) you are all amazing and I feel privelaged to know such a great group of people that genuinely care and support each other. Never would I have ever thought I would become a morning person and be excited about eating pre-baked paleo quiche and getting to work early with more energy than I can imagine. As they say, nothing is as good as fit and healthy feels, or being with a group of friends that value the same! x

After 3 different text messages today and a dozen or so people making funny remarks at the box tonight about my “pic” on the CF42s site, I thought I better further look at what was so funny about this pic. Was I pulling a funny face? Was I hyper-extending my lower back? Was my snail trail showing as I pressed the bar over head? Was Bretty making some rude gesture as I went through my thrusters??

    Then I scrolled down and saw the rest of the pics..
