WOD: Thursday

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts, 60kg/40kg
12 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg/16kg
Run 200m with 10kg Sandbag

  2. Great to see old mate Burkey and his wonderful wife today. I admire a couple that casually turn up to a box and smash the WOD with quiet efficiency. Nice.
