Congratulations!! You will remember this workout. BTW – Who said the time sucked? No time sucks when you rxd. The time only sucks if you cheat, lie or don’t try. Up and up from here!

Who cares about time….. quality of movement is the most important aspect of Crossfit…….rxd is awesome and something to be very proud of. Good work
