        1. No red frogs for me today……doing well……Melina did make a cracking gluton free banana bread and teased me with it, but I was strong and resisted!!! I’ll be going at 5:15pm……going to try and get to some mornings, and definately these 4:15pm sessions if they happen. Have to have a social catch up!!!

    1. Are you trying to harden up? The Doc has been eating bullets…cos he’s a gun! I’ll have to check whether concrete elicits an insulin response but it should be ok.
