In pairs for time, perform:
100 Thrusters, 40kg (30kg)
Row 2km
100 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg (16kg)
100 Burpee Box-jumps, 24” (20”)
Rules:
Only one team member working at a time.
Reps may be broken down however the team likes.
Tasks can be performed in any order however you must complete all reps for that exercise before moving on.
