WOD: Thursday

Today’s WOD will be a working bee workout at our current location above the Climbing Edge.

If you have a ute or trailer – bring it!

Blue bonds singlet and tattoos desirable but not mandatory.

    got 30REPs out every time for KB swings
    but went 16, 10, 8, 10, 10, for the pull ups
