Part A:

Front Squat:

Part B:

Take 0:25 to find x box jumps. Take 0:15 to find y strict pull ups. Every 1:30 for 9 minutes, complete x + y.

 

Part C:

In partners, with 1 Kettlebell: 50-40-30 swings. Partner 1 must complete their set before partner 2 begins.
