In partners, 3 rounds for time of:
30 Front Squat, 60kg/40kg
30 Over-bar Burpees
One athlete working at a time, the first athlete completes 30 Front Squats and 30 Over-bar Burpees before handing over to the next athlete who completes 30 Front Squats and 30 Over-bar Burpees. Continue this pattern until both athetes have completed 3 rounds.
