In Teams of 3, with one athlete working at a time:
60 Bar Muscle-ups
90 Burpee-toes-to-bar
120 Front Rack Lunges, 30kg/20kg
150 Wall Ball, 10kg/6kg

Buy in and out with a 637m (the block) Run carring a bumper plate 20kg/15kg.
The team may not start working until all members have retuned from the run.
