Here is a workout you can do from home with the whole family:

Run 400m

25 Burpees

  2. Install Cavity Slider and hang door, Cut in new door for the babys room and remove plaster, fill up trailer and do tip run, swear at mower then do the lawns, whipper snip and spread mulch!!!

  3. Install 6 drawers, hang all doors, put in overhead cupboard in new kitchen. Put fridge and dishwasher back in, clean area thoroughly. Mow lawns, and 1 game if touch football!!
    Pretty sure it was done rxd, might have missed a few reps tho!!
