    Nasty Girls [3 rounds of: 50 squats | 7 muscle ups | 10 hang power cleans 60/40] 30 min cut off.
    If you cant do a muscle up:

    3 ring dips/3 pull ups = 1 muscle up
    4 bar dips/4 pull ups = 1 muscle up
    4 push ups/4 pull ups = 1 muscle up.

    Tania’s results: 29.12minutes (push ups/pull ups/blue band/27.5kg)
