Have you come to Teresa’s Stretch/Yoga class yet? (1730 Thursday nights)
These sessions are very popular and as the name suggest a perfect way to stretch your tired old rig out.
Making significant increases in flexibility will bring marked improvement in performance. Larger ranges of motion (ROM) will allow for longer periods of applied force, improvement in technique, increases in biomechanical advantages, and reduction in joint strain.
In short these classes are a great way to resolve pain, prevent injury, and optimise athletic performance and they are free for all CF42s members so get around them.
Non-CF42s members are also welcome at a cost of $10 per session.
Partner Lumberjack 20
In partners, two rounds for time of:
20 Deadlifts, 125kg/85kg
20 Kettlebell Swings, 32kg/24kg
20 Overhead Squats, 50kg/35kg
20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 Box jumps, 24″/20″
20 Dumbbell Squat Cleans, 20kg/15kg
45 minute cut-off!
Please arrive early and ensure you are warm-up and ready to go!
Partner 1 will complete 20 Deadlifts and Run 400m then high-five Partner 2 who will complete 20 Kettlebell Swings and Run 400m before then high-fiving Partner 1 who will complete 20 Overhead Squats and Run 400m…and so on until the Team have completed two rounds.
