    Jak – 5 renegade PU bars/ 10sit-ups/ 15 squats – 10:24
    Jaci – 5 renegade 5kg DB PU/ 10 sit-ups/ 15 squats – 11:16

  2. Worked on some skills at CFWX Open Gym, then worked back squats. Equally previous 1RM comfortably however glutes and lower back started acting up when I tried heavier. Glutes have been very sore from the Front Squat Advanced WOD and 5RM Dead Lifts over the last couple of days.

    On another note, today marks the first anniversary of my first session at CF42s, and I still vividly remember walking into the box that first day, having no idea what to expect. Looking back over the last 12 months, there are so many people that I’d love to individually thank, but it’s just not possible to thank everyone and do them justice. This is an amazing community that we are all so privileged to be a part of, and couldn’t ask for a better group of trainers, headed by Drum, to lead us on our journey to being better people.

    So, I’d just like to say thank you to everyone for an amazing 1st year, and I look forward to more to come and see the progress that comes with that!

    Back is definitely feeling it after dead lifts last night but set up a nice temporary “box” in the car port. complete with white board and tunes and the park across the road for the 400m run.
