  1. Hey everybody!!! Just letting you know that unfortunately I wont be able to make it into training today as I’ll be on a white water kayak expedition. How ever I’ll still do my 26 birthday burpees today anyway!!! YAY!!!! I LOVE BURPEES!!!!!
