    I did 2 hours chronic cardio with my friend at Fern Tree. I am so bloody sore from yesterday I can hardly move. I will give that wod you did today a go tomorrow. What weight – 60kg? How did you partition? What a day in paradise.

    hay im gona be back down in tassie from the 25th next month for a couple weeks, so im thinkign ill grab a bunch of mates and well hit up some WODS throw some bars around and shit.
