  1. Thanks to all those who turned up to the Gym Skills workshop this morning and contributed to the fun filled atmosphere. Some great progress evident today, specifically in regard to tight body posture in handstand and generation of power in front saultos – well done everyone. Feedback welcome to comments and if you have a specific skill request for future workshops please also post this to comments. Thanks also to Cam for jumping in on the fly and doing some gymnastics coaching this morning.

    Overhead squat 3 x 5 – 20kg, 50kg, 60kg – need to work on confidence in balance.
    Bent over row 5 x 8- 40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 60kg, 70kg
