‘The Challenge’: Meet at the box at 0900 for a 0930 start.

Selection candidates only:
DPCU pants or work pants
Combat Boots
Pack weighing 40kg


7 Rounds for time of:
15 Weighted Lunges (each leg), 20kg/15kg
15 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg/16kg
15 Push Up
