30 Overhead Sandbag Lunges, 10kg Sandbag
20 Box-jumps, 24″/16″
30 Overhead Sandbag Lunges, 10kg Sandbag
Farmers Carry 200m 48kg/32kg
Run 200m backwards
Run 200m with a 10kg sandbag
Run 400m
