Then;

In partners, as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Back Squat, 40kg/30kg
80m Farmers Carry, 48kg/32kg
Whilst one partner completes a 80m Farmers Carry the other accumulates as many reps of Back Squat as possible.
