In teams of two complete 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Kettlebell Swings, 24kg/16kg
Sit-ups

Rest exactly 3 minutes then; In teams of two complete 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

Thrusters, 40kg/30kg
Box-jumps, 24”/20”

Only one team member may work at a time.
Post total time including rest to comments.
