Team WOD:
Phase 1:
As a team navigate by foot to the cenotaph. The team must remain within 3m of each other at all times.
Phase 2:
As a team for time complete:
50m Truck Tyre Flip
150 Ground to Overhead, 20kg (15kg) Dumbbells
200 Burpees
100m Walking Lunge
Each time an athlete flips the tyre they must run through to the 50m mark and back before they may flip the tyre again.
Once the tyre reaches the 50m mark the tyre must be rolled back to the start line before commencing next exercise.
All team members must complete the walking lunge together remaining within 3m of each other at all times.
Phase 3:
Navigate back to the box.
