In this workout perform the work as per the song “The Twelve Days of Christmas”. e.g: 1 Burpee Box-jump 2 Wall Ball, 1 Burpee Box-jump 3 Handstand Push-ups, 2 Wall Ball, 1 Burpee Box-jump … and so on until… 12 Ground to Overhead, 11 Ring-dips… 3 Handstand Push-ups, 2 Wall Ball, 1 Burpee Box-jump.
