4 Pull-ups
5 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 24kg (16kg) Kettlebells
6 Shuttle Runs, 10m
7 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg (16kg)
8 Toes to bar
9 Push-ups (hand release)
10 Squat Jumps
11 Ring-dips
12 Ground to Overhead, 40kg (30kg)

In this workout perform the work as per the song “The Twelve Days of Christmas”.
e.g:
1 Burpee Box-jump
2 Wall Ball, 1 Burpee Box-jump
3 Handstand Push-ups, 2 Wall Ball, 1 Burpee Box-jump
… and so on until…
12 Ground to Overhead, 11 Ring-dips… 3 Handstand Push-ups, 2 Wall Ball, 1 Burpee Box-jump.
