Push Jerk @ 0.75% bodyweight
pull ups

Complete as many push jerk reps as possible, then immediately begin your set of pull ups. Any style of pull up can be used. If you have less than 10 unassisted pull ups use a band. If you drop below 7 pull ups with a band go to ring rows.

Record total number of push jerks and total number of pull ups to wodify.
