In partners with only 1 athlete working at a time, each partner will have 2 mins to perform:

2 mins Max Rep Front Squats

2 mins Max Rep Push Press

2 mins Max Rep Thrusters

2 mins Max Rep Front Squats

2 mins Max Rep Push Press

2 mins Max Rep Thrusters

 

 

This is a 24 minute workout, each athlete will work for 12 minutes.  RXD weights are 40/30 kg.  Record total number of front squats, push press, and thrusters you and your partner perform to Wodify.
