    19 rounds of handstand holds 10sec each with 2 pull ups between each handstand
    couple of Deadlifts at 40kg 50kg 65kg 80kg 90kg 100kg
    then
    5 rounds for time of the following
    10 x Burpees
    20 x Box Jumps used tire’s same higth stacked 2 on top of each other
    30 x push ups
    40 x squats
    50 x lunges
    25:58
    finsher 300 sit ups with 7.5kg plate took some skin off my ass doing them
