Today’s 0800 workshop will be a Handstand Push-up / Handstand walk clinic.
Part A.
As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
15 Push-ups
35 Double-unders
Part B.
Take 12 minutes to find a heavy but perfect 3 rep Deadlift
Part C.
Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
Even minutes: Max effort in 30 seconds Push Press, 40kg/30kg
Odd minutes: 5 Deadlift @ 75% of Part B.
Post rounds completed from Part A, load from Part B and total Push Press reps from Part C to comments.

I need to learn how to hand stand, so sadly i may miss the push ups.
However i will enjoy watching you fall on your arse trying to do a hand stand.
