All athletes welcome – scaling options will be provided as needed.
Join us for a BBQ after the mini-comp. BYO meat (butcher and Woolies across road for those who forget!)

0730 and 0830 sessions will run as usual:
For time:
Row 1000m
30 Squat Cleans, 60kg/40kg
Run 800m

Optional finisher:
As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of Kettlebell Swings, 24kg/16kg
