Partner WOD:
WOD 1.
Max distance Row in 8 minutes.
Whilst one partner rows the other must hold a loaded bar in the overhead position. The rower may not start until their partner has reached full extension with the bar locked out overhead. If full lock-out is broken, partners must change.
Men: 60kg
Women: 40kg

WOD 2.
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Slam Ball, 20 pound/10 pound
With one athlete working at a time.
Every time you break perform 5 Box-jumps, 30”/24”.
