I feel that Julian deserves the best spirit award for being an amazing motivator tonight!! He came in even though he is unable to compete due to injury just to give everyone the boost we needed to get stuck into the workout!
This may be biased also but my mum came tonight after having an extremely busy day and rushed straight from work to get there to support everyone!
But the spirit in the room tonight was amazing and everyone was full of encouragement. Thank you all! xx

A big shout out to everyone “behind the tape”. The encouragement, motivation and advice was amazing. I’d love to name every one but can’t remember you all. Thanks Drum for the heads up. Scotty, Cam, Sparta, Luke, Charlie and all the others that gave me the boost to pull out 4 lifts that I never thought possible. You guys are amazing and I can’t wait for the next 4 weeks.
Cheers,
Corkers

Drum……Adamsy says he is dreamy and he also says he has a big pistol. There will also be a half naked picture of him on our site on Sat.

I dont know her name, but the girl in heat 3 or 4 that got through to the 35kg snatches and persisted and persisted in her pursuit nail one of them – She didnt get it over her head but the fight she put in was awesome – I hope she is not disappointed today – she did a great job! I think she had blonde hair in a pony, a white top and apricot coloured sports top under it!! Sorry best description I could give……
