WOD 1:
With one athlete working at a time, as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts, 100kg/70kg
25 Double-unders

WOD 2:
With one athlete working at a time, as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
9 Overhead Squats, 40kg/30kg
9 Toes to Bar

Poppy May Williamson was born yesterday at 0847 weighing in at 3.3kg and with a 2.47 “Fran” time. Mum is doing super well – Ruby and Daddy are super stoked.
