Part A.
In teams of three, as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of Run 400m.
Every time a team member finishes a run they must perform 20 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg/16kg before they may run again.

Part B.
Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5

Post total distance run from Part A and loads from Part B to comments.
