Part A.
Alternating between partners, as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of max rep Pull-ups. Whilst one athlete runs 200m the other accumulates as many Pull-ups as possible.
Score is total reps achieved by both athletes

Rest 5 minutes, then;

Part .B
Alternating between partners, as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of max rep Overhead Lunges, 20kg/15kg. Whilst one athlete runs 200m the other accumulates as many Overhead Lunges as possible.
Score is total reps achieved by both athletes
