15 Deadlift (using 75% of today’s heavy triple)
30 Hand-Release Push-Ups
Run 800m
10 Deadlift
20 Hand-Release Push-Ups
Run 400m
5 Deadlift
10 Hand-Release Push-Ups
Run 200m
