WOD: Monday

Congrats to Jimmy and Razor for passing the CrossFit Level 1 Trainers course at CrossFit Brisbane on the weekend. Two fine trainers in the making!

‘Run Cindy, Run!’
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes.
Run 2.6km (4 laps of the block) and in the time remaining do as many rounds as possible of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

      I seem to have lost 6 rounds between yesterday and today. Normally I wouldn’t mind losiing rounds I have to do but considering they’re already done thought should count them! Actual rounds were: 17+5+10+5.
